AVYX is a B2B service. Catalogue access and customer prices require an approved customer account and OAuth authorization. There is no anonymous public catalogue.

## Shopping workflow

A shopping proposal is separate from the storefront basket. The customer reviews and confirms its import on the website. Shipping, payment and final order submission take place in the web checkout.

Prices and availability can change; use current tool responses and the final checkout totals. Do not ask customers to paste passwords or access tokens into a conversation.
